Warranty Policy

1-Year Warranty: Warranty is available only on products purchased with the “With Warranty” option.

The warranty covers:

• LED strips not working
• LED driver not working
• Manufacturing defects related to the LED strips or driver

The warranty does not cover breakage or physical damage, including glass/crystal breakage, accidental damage, installation damage, or damage caused by improper installation or voltage fluctuations.

If a covered LED strip or driver stops working within 1 year from the date of purchase, Glintac will repair or replace the faulty component, subject to verification.

Products purchased without the “With Warranty” option are not covered under this warranty.

Breakage Insurance Policy

At Glintac, we take every possible care to pack your order safely and securely. However, sometimes products may get damaged during transportation. That’s why we provide Breakage Insurance for eligible orders.

If Your Product Arrives Broken or Damaged

Don’t worry — if your product arrives broken, damaged, or faulty due to transit, please contact us and we’ll help you with the replacement process.

Simply share:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Clear photos of the outer packaging
• An unboxing video, if available

Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Easy Replacement

Once the damage is verified and your claim is approved, Glintac will arrange a replacement for the damaged product or affected part, wherever applicable.

We want you to receive your product in the condition you expected, so our team will work with you to resolve genuine breakage issues as smoothly as possible.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

To help us process your claim quickly:

• Please check your product as soon as you receive it.
• Keep the original packaging and damaged product until your claim is resolved.
• Breakage Insurance covers damage that occurs during transit/delivery.
• Damage caused after delivery due to installation, mishandling, accidents, misuse, or improper installation is not covered.
• Breakage Insurance provides replacement/exchange, not a cash refund.
• Change-of-mind, incorrect product selection, or preference-based returns are not covered under Breakage Insurance.
• Replacement claims are subject to verification by the Glintac team.
