Return & Replacement Policy

At Glintac, we carefully inspect and securely pack every product before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

No Returns or Change of Mind

All products purchased from Glintac are non-returnable. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect selection, size preference, colour preference, or any other reason unrelated to the product being damaged or faulty.

Please carefully review the product details, specifications, dimensions, images, and variant options before placing your order.

Breakage & Faulty Product Replacement

If you receive a product that is broken, damaged during transit, or faulty, Glintac will provide a replacement, subject to verification.

To request a replacement:

Contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Provide clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product.

The product and damage/fault will be reviewed by our team.

Once the issue is verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the affected product or part, as applicable.

Please do not dispose of the original product, packaging, or damaged components until your replacement request has been reviewed and resolved.

Warranty Option

Certain products may offer an optional warranty. If you would like warranty coverage, select the “With Warranty” option while choosing the product variant before adding the product to your cart.

Products purchased with the “Without Warranty” option will not be covered under the applicable product warranty.

Warranty coverage, duration, and terms may vary by product. Please refer to the individual product listing for the specific warranty details.

Important

Breakage or replacement coverage applies only to products that are received broken, damaged, or faulty, and does not constitute a general return or refund policy.

Glintac reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement after reviewing the evidence provided by the customer.

For assistance with a damaged or faulty product, please contact our customer support team with your order details and supporting photographs/videos.

Breakage Insurance Policy

At Glintac, we take every possible care to pack your order safely and securely. However, sometimes products may get damaged during transportation. That’s why we provide Breakage Insurance for eligible orders.

If Your Product Arrives Broken or Damaged

Don’t worry — if your product arrives broken, damaged, or faulty due to transit, please contact us and we’ll help you with the replacement process.

Simply share:

Your Order Number

Clear photos of the damaged product

Clear photos of the outer packaging

An unboxing video, if available

Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Easy Replacement

Once the damage is verified and your claim is approved, Glintac will arrange a replacement for the damaged product or affected part, wherever applicable.

We want you to receive your product in the condition you expected, so our team will work with you to resolve genuine breakage issues as smoothly as possible.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

To help us process your claim quickly:

Please check your product as soon as you receive it.

Keep the original packaging and damaged product until your claim is resolved.

Breakage Insurance covers damage that occurs during transit/delivery.

Damage caused after delivery due to installation, mishandling, accidents, misuse, or improper installation is not covered.

Breakage Insurance provides replacement/exchange, not a cash refund.

Change-of-mind, incorrect product selection, or preference-based returns are not covered under Breakage Insurance.

Replacement claims are subject to verification by the Glintac team.
