Return & Refund Policy

At Glintac, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy under the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The non returnable items have a label and written in description.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

5. Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

6. Exchanges

We offer replacements or exchanges for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to stock availability.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
